At Supar Bites, we take great care in preparing and packing every box of cookies and chocolates with love and hygiene. Since our products are perishable food items, returns are limited — but your satisfaction is very important to us.

✅ Eligible for Replacement / Refund

We happily offer a replacement or refund if:

You receive a damaged or broken product

You receive the wrong item

The product is spoiled/defective upon delivery

The package is tampered during transit

📸 Please share photos/videos within 24 hours of delivery for quick support.

❌ Not Eligible for Return

Due to food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns if:

The product is opened or partially consumed

Change of mind after delivery

Incorrect shipping address provided

Delivery attempt failed due to customer unavailability

💸 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days

Amount will be credited to your original payment method

For COD orders, refund will be via bank transfer/UPI

📦 Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order

Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible
